Schedule Your Pickup

Choose your pickup and delivery times using our convenient online scheduling system.

• Add a note with any preferences that aren't covered by the options you select.
• If your pickup time isn't available, please call 757.689.3435 to see if we can accommodate.

Gather Your Laundry

Don't forget to gather sheets and towels, and leave out any items that are dry clean only.

• Empty all garment pockets of pens, crayons, gum, coins, and any laundry disruptive items.
• Place items needing stain treatment or special attention in a grocery or ziplock bag to keep them separated.
• Include your hangers as well so that garments return ready for your closet.

Bag It Up

Place all your laundry into cinchable trash bags and close them securely. That's it—no special laundry bag required.

• Don't have a bag yet? A free cinchable bag is included with your first completed purchase.
• Have more than one bag? That's perfectly okay — every bag is collected, tagged, and cleaned.
• If anything needs a second look, a Windsor representative will contact you to ensure the best service and outcome.

Leave It at Your Door

Before your scheduled pickup, simply leave your bags outside your door or at your designated pickup location. We'll take care of the rest.

Enjoy Your Time Back

Kick back, relax, and enjoy your day. We'll take care of the laundry and return it fresh, clean, and beautifully folded at your scheduled delivery time.
